The ABCs of Shadowing

In this presentation, we will cover the benefits of shadowing for both the ‘Shadowee,’ the individual being shadowed, and the ‘Shadower,’ the one who shadows the leader or senior colleague. Once the WHY behind shadowing is clear, we will delve into a three-step framework. This framework will include practical ideas to apply before starting the shadowing process, during the experience itself, and upon its completion.
